✅ Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate
✅ Picture of your Permit/Taxpayer Permit
✅ Picture of your ID/Driver License
✅ DBA Documentation (Optional)
Important Notice Regarding the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate:
- All required fields and blanks must be completed.
- The certificate must include a handwritten pen signature.
- Electronic or typed signatures will not be accepted.
